Vorb came about via the synchronised recording and playback magic of Nth Screen, which was instrumental in Time for Rights, a commission by 1215.Today awarded to Nth Screen’s creator Tim Kindberg. Tim set out to engage young people around the world about human rights through mobile video in 2015, the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta. Time for Rights resulted in the Sphere of Rights, which in turn morphed into Vorb, the generic hashtag-based platform.
We’re still morphing, evolving; helping create communities through mobile video. Sparking conversations.
The Vorb Team
Tim Kindberg
Founder and Creator
A computer scientist - PhD, visiting professorships, textbook, 15 patents, the lot - who’s spent over 15 years in industrial R&D including four years in Silicon Valley. Since 2010 Tim’s been hanging around with fim makers, interactive theatre companies and other creative types, developing new digital platforms. Vorb is his latest creation focusing on making mobile video together, which started with the ‘mind boggling but brilliant’ Nth Screen. He’s built Vorb from scratch, starting with a commission awarded in summer 2015 to engage young people around the world about human rights through video.

Alistair Bryan
Marketing and Strategy
Alistair has 23 years of experience at a high level in top UK advertising agencies working across most disciplines doing beautiful digital
of all sorts, brand TV, hard working CRM and melding it together with PR and social along the way. Learned loads, grew businesses, had
fun and climbed up the ranks to CEO of an agency of 350 people in the process. Got bored of the day job – far too many problems about car parking! So decided to return to the creative thinking and business development. Joined Vorb a year ago and helps us with business and marketing stuff.
